I once walked in your shoes

I was working extensive hours in fast-paced NYC clinics, passionately helping others find pain relief while quietly grappling with my own chronic neck pain. The irony wasn't lost on me. This period, though challenging, became pivotal in my growth as a PT. My firsthand experience illuminated the importance of empathy and listening to the individual experience of each client, making me better equipped to guide others. Permanently healing my neck pain despite the permanent damage to my spine from numerous injuries showed me firsthand that there is always a solution, fostering a deep-rooted belief in the transformative power of holistic approaches. I later would do the same with a serious knee injury I suffered during a soccer game.
